Refunds
14 days, no questions asked. The plan is revoked automatically and your sites are paused, never deleted.
If wpreef is not what you expected, ask for a refund within 14 days of the payment and you get it back in full. No questions.
How to ask
Reply to the receipt Polar sent you, within 14 days of the charge. Polar is our merchant of record and issues the refund to the card that paid.
What happens when a refund lands
The plan is revoked automatically.
Polar tells us the order was refunded and the account drops to the tier the refund leaves it on — Pro back to Starter if only the upgrade was refunded, otherwise back to Free.
Sites beyond the new cap are paused.
The newest ones pause first. A paused site keeps its URL, its settings and its stored credential; it simply leaves the list an assistant may act on. The dashboard names which sites paused and lets you choose different ones to keep.
Nothing is deleted.
Not sites, not credentials, not the audit log. Subscribe again and the paused sites come back.
The Free allowance is unchanged.
If a site had used four of its ten free actions before you subscribed, it has six left afterwards. The allowance never renews and never resets, and a refund does not take it away either.
You keep the changes an assistant already made to your WordPress site. They are on your site, not ours.
After 14 days
We look at the order and use judgment. If we broke something, or the service did not do what this site says it does, we refund regardless of the date. Otherwise the answer is to cancel, which stops the next renewal and leaves the current period running to its end.
Cancelling instead
Cancelling is not a refund. The plan runs to the end of the period you paid for and is not renewed; at that point the same pause behaviour applies. Cancel from Billing at any time.
